Our therapists – Zachary Isoma, Psy.D. and Briana Soucy, M.Ed. – provide individual therapy using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help adults with a wide range of struggles, including specialities in trauma, crisis, anxiety and depression.
At your initial appointment, your therapist will ask you to speak about the history of your difficulties in order to create a treatment plan that best fits what you hope to gain from treatment. Every session after that is aimed to help give you the skills needed to achieve those goals.
