Individual Therapy for Adults

Our therapists provide individual therapy using evidenced-based interventions, like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to help adults with a wide range of struggles, including specialities in trauma, crisis, anxiety, and depression.

At your initial appointment, your therapist will ask you to speak about the history of your difficulties in order to create a treatment plan that best fits what you hope to gain from treatment. Every session after that is aimed to help give you the skills needed to achieve those goals.
